Ricardo began his career in the real estate and construction industry in 1986 as the co-founder and managing principal of Vega Construtora, a construction and development firm. For 40 years, he has directly managed and led numerous residential and commercial projects, as well as infrastructure works. This experience positioned him as an industry leader and director of corporate associations for several years. With a solid background in private and public sectors, he continues to work in the real estate market, having built over 3,000 units totaling more than 6,300,000 sq ft in residential and commercial projects. As the Director of the public sanitation company in the state of Goiás, Brazil (SANEAGO), he has also overseen the execution of large-scale sanitation projects that complement his expertise in the full life-cycle of real estate and urban planning. Currently, he manages Brick & Company, a real estate and affordable housing projects company with a presence in Brazil – and in New Jersey starting in 2026.
